Would you like some help deciding what is the right service for you?
The Somerset Big Tent aims to empower children and young people to find the right wellbeing support at the right time. At the Somerset Big Tent, we recognise that some young people, parents/ guardians and professionals may wish to browse the services without any extra support.
However, we also recognise that navigating services for your wellbeing can be tricky so here are some options for if you would like some extra support in doing this:
Mindline
Mindline offers a confidential listening service which provides a safe place to talk if you or someone you know is in distress. They can also provide you with basic information about Mental Health and local support services. When calling Mindline they do not ask for personal details unless you or someone you know requires immediate help from other services.
Young Somerset, as the Facilitator of the Somerset Big Tent, has Wellbeing Practitioners available to talk to via Mindline between 09:00AM-10PM every day, including Bank Holidays who are able to support you with navigating services on the Somerset Big Tent and finding the right support for you.
