This free online workshop looks at the importance of exercise, explores the barriers to being more active, and gives suggestions on how to make physical activity an ongoing and fun part of daily family life.
This session is led by a Youth Worker who will help you to explore fun and affordable ways of incorporating exercise into your every day life, in a way that suits your family. The workshop will take place online, via Zoom and will last for 2 hours.
The course will be tailored to individual needs and there will be activities and chances to gain peer support and friendships with other participants.
