Mental Health Support For Young People over Christmas

Mental Health Support For Young People over Christmas

Christmas is a period when your mental health might be affected by everything that’s going on. It’s a time of year that often puts extra pressure on us, and it can affect our mental health in lots of different ways.

For example, you might feel alone or left out because everyone else seems happy when you’re not. You also may feel frustrated by other people’s views of a ‘perfect’ Christmas.

On top of this, the current uncertainty of COVID-19 and how this will affect Christmas this year, can be overwhelming.

We want you to know that there are services available for young people to access in Somerset over this festive period, including Christmas Day. Don’t be afraid to reach out for support this Christmas. Find out more >>
